Yes! Your satisfaction is our top priority. All our watches come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. If your watch is defective when it arrives, just return it for a no-hassle replacement.

Can I order a magazine to be delivered outside of the U.S.?
At this time, we can only accept orders for subscriptions with U.S. based addresses.

When will I receive my subscriptions?
Your order will be processed as soon as it is received. The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on how frequently the magazine you've ordered is published and when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the publisher. In general, you can expect to receive your first issue in 4 to 8 weeks. Weekly subscriptions generally take 6 to 10 weeks. Monthly subscriptions generally take 8 to 12 weeks to start. Be assured that these are standard industry lead times.

How can I check the status of my order?
Your subscription is placed with the publisher's clearinghouse within a few days of your order. You should receive your first issue within 6-8 weeks of that time. If after 8 weeks you have not received your first issue, please contact us. Publishers require approximately 6-8 weeks to include your subscription into their monthly mailing systems.

How do I place a gift order?
Placing a gift order is easy. Just complete your Paypal payment and when you arrive at the order confirmation page here at WellnessMagazines.com, you will have the option to add a gift recipient. Just enter their name and address and submit! You will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes.

How do I change my mailing address?
If you'd like to change your mailing address on any subscription you've ordered, please contact us with your name and new address we'll be glad to change it for you. To avoid missing issues, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I renew my subscription?
Some magazine publishers we represent offer renewals to their magazines. Please check the order form for the magazine you are interested in renewing and verify that "renewal" is available next to "Type" in the drop down box. If it is, select "renewal" to renew your current subscription. Please make sure to use the same address and contact information on your current subscription when placing your order.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Since we remit all fees directly to the publishers and clearing houses at the time of your order, we are unable to refund any magazine order purchases. However, if there is a problem with your order and you do not receive your magazine, we will gladly refund or credit your magazine subscription cost. Your satisfaction and order delivery is guaranteed.
